With this thought and the Holy Spirit guidance, the Arkansas-Louisiana Conference has established a youth ministry that will:
  • Empower our youth leaders and youth to reach others for Christ.
  • ”Share Him” Evangelism.
  • Support and encourage young people at what can be the most critical time of   their Christian experience.
  • Discover and develop the young peoples- spiritual gifts and abilities.
  • Give our youth the opportunity to work in the Mission Field- with the goal of growing their relationship with Jesus and with man.
  • Help young people to be happy with the Adventist Church, and see Christ in serving others.

THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUTH MINISTRY IN ARKANSAS-LOUISIANA CONFERENCE:

  • Week of prayers at churches and/or schools with Pizza Parties.
  • Summer Camp Ministry at Camp Yorktown Bay.
  • SIT (staff in training) young people learning to be workers for God.
  • Mission Trips
  • Area Youth Rally’s – Call for Youth Evangelism.
  • Interaction with SDA students and their friends who attend public schools.

Our programming focuses on Biblical-centered leadership and service. We are committed to serving youth and doing all we can to provide life-enriching experiences.
