Four students from Southwestern Adventist University are conducting evangelistic meetings in Northwest Arkansas, which includes the Springdale, Rogers, Gentry and Siloam Springs Spanish churches. Two of the students/evangelists are the children of Elder and Mrs. Andres Portes. Elder Portes is the Hispanic Evangelism Coordinator for the ARKLA Conference.
Elder Duane McKey, Evangelism Coordinator for the Southwestern Union; Pastor Paul Vunileva, Gentry Church Youth pastor; and Elder Dennis Shafter, assisted in training for the students.
