He is the chief financial officer of the Conference, its subsidiaries and owned institutions. He is responsible for all financial affairs that affect the ARKLA Conference. Among many duties, he carries out the financial directives of the Constituency as represented by the Executive Committee; the responsibility in directing the proper use of God’s holy tithes, and our member generous offerings judiciously, appropriately as possible. He is also responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and presentation of financial statements.
